I am watching the movie “Hard Rain” with Morgan Freeman and Christian Slater and I begin to think the movie was low budget straight to video movie so I look at boxofficemojo.com to find out the movie was released in theaters in 1998 and had a budget of $70 million. Where did they spend all that money because it sure was not in the production of the movie.
